Shipping policy

At Little Dog Artisan, products are handcrafted in small batches, packed with care, and shipped directly to you.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days after the order is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During new releases, featured-product launches, or periods of higher order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Destinations and Rates

At launch, Little Dog Artisan ships to addresses within the United States.

  • Standard shipping: $8 for orders under $70; free for orders of $70 or more. Estimated carrier transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • Express shipping: $15. Estimated carrier transit time is 1–2 business days after shipment.

Available rates are displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS depending on the destination, package size, and available service.

Processing time is separate from the estimated carrier transit time. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside Little Dog Artisan’s direct control. Delays caused by weather, holidays, or other carrier circumstances may occasionally occur.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information is sent after the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the package has been accepted.

Warm-Weather Shipping

Some Little Dog Artisan products, particularly Beard Butter, can soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping.

Beard Butter is normally offered seasonally from October through May. When available outside those months by special request, the customer accepts the possibility of melting or softening during transit.

A melted product is not necessarily damaged. Allow it to return to room temperature before opening or using it.

Shipping Address

Please double-check the shipping address before submitting an order. Little Dog Artisan cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If an address error is noticed before the order ships, contact Little Dog Artisan as soon as possible and every reasonable effort will be made to correct it.
